Vestel Huddle stands out by meeting the necessary needs of users through organizing pre-meeting, during meeting, and post-meeting activities, and gathering all the contents together. Unlike other meeting room solutions on the market that are solely product-oriented, Huddle takes a solution-oriented approach and assumes the role of task organizer for corporate companies by incorporating various product and app functions. The focus enhancer interface design plans meeting flow processes, allowing users to save time and approach meetings with a creative point of view.
While being designed, functionality was the main objective of the communication language in the meeting process. Vestel UX and UI Design Group conducted extensive research on device and user interaction, categorizing research insights to ease meeting tasks such as note-taking, sharing, presenting, brainstorming, and collaborating. The design decisions were made to enhance user focus, improve user experience, and create an optimal practice for alternative scenarios.
The Vestel Huddle app will be available on the market for Microsoft users. The design specifications include a 65" size screen, with the interface software ready for mass production while the huddle device is still in the prototype stage. The meeting room display and interface are currently undergoing testing phases.
Vestel Huddle's design is based on anthropometrics, kinesthetics, and noncognitive human capabilities, ensuring an optimal product experience. The interface incorporates insight-based solutions such as frequently used categories in shortcuts, login flows on the security page, and a meeting calendar displayed with a card structure, all aimed at creating the best user experience and identifying a comprehensive consumer community.
The design challenges for Vestel Huddle included creating an interface that eases the meeting experience while maintaining layout structure and readability contents despite the background decoration. The Glassmorphism design style was employed to build a multilayered approach, and wireframe construction simplified decision-making and enhanced product lifetime. The up-to-date design structure allows users to explore the display's potential under different circumstances.
The Vestel Huddle project started in April 2020 in Manisa and is still in development. All rights belong to Vestel, and the design has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interface, Interaction, and User Experience Design category in 2021. This award recognizes designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
